This is Tapioca starch, from Manihot esculenta (a.k.a. Cassava), NOT true arrowroot, which comes from Maranta arundinacea. Label says:
"Also known as Tapioca Flour.
Ingredients Tapioca Starch, Preservative (220)."
Unfortunately the product image is too low quality to read on this website.
It contains Preservative 220: Sulphur dioxide. Very disappointing, as I already have tapioca starch, without the sulphites. Was hoping for the real deal. :(
