Suggested Usage:
Fill inflatable basin with warm water up to the max fill line. Add ½ cup to 1 cup of magnesium chloride flakes to the water. The temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot for optimal absorption of magnesium salt. Soak your feet for 30–60 minutes at least twice a week.
