and rose pink colouring. The apples themselves taste great, with most people agreeing that the pink lady apple has
a slightly tart taste. The apple’s flesh is crisp and firm and importantly takes longer to brown when exposed to the
open air. Organic pink lady apples are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilisers.
