Sugar Free Granola

What is Sugar Free Granola?

Although having substantial nutritional value, granola breakfast cereals often contain significant amounts of sugar. This is done to sweeten the overall taste. Adding sugar reduces the overall health benefits that can be obtained from eating granola. Choosing sugar free granola restores the overall health benefits that granola offers while not compromising on the overall taste.
