Can I eat Mung beans daily?

The only note of caution in relation to eating mung beans is that they should be introduced to the diet on a gradual basis.  The high fibre content of them may cause some issues if they are suddenly introduced to the diet.  For this reason it is best to introduce cooked  mung beans to the diet initially and to drink a lot of water while eating them.

Naturally, if you have a known allergy to legumes you should be very cautious when considering eating mung beans.

It is highly unlikely that you will eat too much mung beans on any given day. The recommended daily intake of folate is 400 micrograms per day. 100 grams of folate contains 159 micrograms. 

Even so, if you experience episodes of diarrhea, nausea or dizziness after eating mung beans it may be a good idea to ease back on them.
