Lavender essential oil may be used to gently relax and calm our spirit. It has been traditionally been used to improve sleep and general wellbeing.

It may also have antiseptic and analgesic properties which could ease the pain of a burn and prevent infection.

Traditionally used for all types of skin problems such as acne, oily skin, boils, burns, sunburn, wounds, psoriasis, lice, insect bites and stings.
May be beneficial for problems such as bronchitis, asthma, colds and throat infections.
May be helpful for muscular aches and pains.
Traditionally calming, soothing, improves sleeplessness and has a soothing and calming effect on the nerves.
May help with tension, panic, anxiety and nervous exhaustion in general and could be useful for headaches, migraines and insomnia.

Lavendula Angustifolia Oil

Mist Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to water chamber.

Vapouriser: Add 8-10 drops to heated recessed bowl.

Topically: Use 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil.

Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Keep away from eyes. If reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner.
