As an easily digested protein, our natural whey powder includes medium chain triglycerides, soluble fibre and mineral electrolytes. The natural vegetable gum helps sustain the release and assimilation of the carbohydrates – helping you balance your energy levels throughout your day. It is well tolerated by those with lactose and milk intolerances.

Suggested Use:

Add 50gm (1/3 cup) of WonderFoods Wonder Whey to 500ml of cold water (200gm makes 2 litres). Shake vigorously in a shaker until dissolved or use a whisk, beater or blender. Best to chill for a few hours for full taste.
